How is a referral credited?
Merchants reach the Theme Store through your link. When that store buys Flawless, the purchase is matched to your link and the store appears in your dashboard. Refunded stores do not count.
How much do I earn?
15% of every Flawless sale to start, 20% from your 21st converted store and 30% from your 51st. Reaching Gold pays a one-time $250 bonus and reaching Platinum pays $500. Commission is calculated on Shopify's net payout to Ascend, and every store page shows the breakdown.
When do I get paid?
Sales from the 1st to the 15th clear at the end of that month, later sales on the 15th of the next month. Cleared commissions are paid on the 10th to your bank account through Wise, and Ascend covers the transfer fee.
Which countries can be paid?
Anywhere Wise can send money to a local bank account, which covers almost every country. You add your account once from the Payouts page.
What if the merchant refunds?
A refund reverses that commission. Referring fake or self-owned stores ends the partnership.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Applying is free. We review every application by hand before your first payout.
